Manuel was born in and raised in the Ironbound section of Newark.

He lived in Bloomfield before moving to Union in 1990.

Manuel worked for Maersk Line Shipping in Port Newark for 50 years before his retirement.

He was a member of International Longshoremen Association Local 1235.

Funeral service in the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave in Union on Tuesday at 10 AM.

Interment at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union NJ.

Visitation on Monday from 4 - 8 PM
