He passed away in New Jersey on September 1, 2020.

He is survived by his 5 children, and his nephew Ronald.

He met Claire Mamangon in Pasay City, and she quickly conquered his heart.

Louie and Claire got married in Pasay City Philippines in 1963.

He had 1 brother and 5 sisters - Carmelita, Nicanor, Virginia, Genoveva, Rosita, and Luz.

Louie Sweet is a true gentleman who never raised his voice or never lost his temper.  He was a kind hearted jokester who always came up the right words and stories that brightened everyone’s day.  He was also a devoted father who showed unending love to his wife, and family.  After losing his wife Claire to Covid-19, he slowly lost the will to live.

He will be missed dearly by many.
