Lidia Procak

Lidia Procak (nee Novosad), 75 of Union passed away at home on November 2, 2019.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Lidia at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Tuesday November 5 from 9:30 to 10 AM. A Funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 10 AM, and interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park.

Born in Paraguay, Lidia grew up on a beautiful farm in the countryside, later moving to Argentina with her family. Lidia came to the United States in 1977, settling in Irvington before residing in Union with her family since 1985.

Lidia accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at a young age, and spent her life in service to Him. She most treasured her time spent tending to the Ukranian Assemblies of God Church, now the Living Word Church in Union. A loyal friend to many, Lidia also enjoyed singing, and reading the bible.

Lidia was the beloved wife of Andres Procak; devoted mother of Aldo Procak and Andrea Meghdessian and her husband Sebastian, and cherished grandmother of Dylan. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters.
