Florence "Fizzy" DeVino (nee Mirandi) 82 of Springfield, N.J. Formerly of the Ironbound Section of Newark, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27th with her loving son Anthony at her side.
Predeceased by her husband Ralph A. DeVino and parents Angelo and Margaret Mirandi.
Survived by her sister Marianne Raposo.
She attended Ann Street Elementary School and East Side High School in Newark. Mrs. DeVino taught for 37 years at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School, and Ironbound Interparochial School.both in Newark. She was also the President of the Saint James Hospital Ladies Auxiliary, Newark for 25 years.
Family prefers donations to St. Jude Hospital, Memphis Tennessee
