The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Thursday at 9:15 am. Funeral Mass at St. James Church Springfield at 10:30AM.


Entombment Hollywood Memorial Park.


Visitation Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.


Born in Belem, Brazil she lived in Newark, Hillside and then Elizabeth. She worked as an admissions clerk for UMDNJ Newark for 20 yrs. Formerly she worked for the Urban League of Newark, and was a media buyer at Lewis Advertising of Newark.


Wife of Costanzo “Cos” Mascitelli. Mother of Wanda Ribeiro, Nancy Mangan & Valerie Ahrens. Step mother of Carmine Mascitelli & Maria Amorim. Sister of Yacy Bessa, Lina Tylka, Wilma Jarusewski, Dina Lax, Maria Rivera & Fernanda Caceres.


Grandmother of Julian, Marisa, Angel Marie, Justin, Isabella, Brandon & Mackenzie.
