Thony Francois

Thony Francois, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on October 29, 2025, at the age of 78. Born in Haiti, Thony's journey brought him to the United States, where he settled in Orange on December 25, 2015, before relocating to Roselle in 2018.

Thony was a carpenter who could make just about anything, and an avid gardener, Thony found joy and pride in nurturing his vegetable garden, cultivating not only his plants but also a sense of accomplishment that defined his character.

Thony is survived by his beloved wife, Ticia Francois; his daughters, Sheila Romeus and Thonide Francois; his son-in-law, Robles; and his sister, Rosana Francois Jean Baptiste. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, as well as his treasured grandchildren: Sashell Romeus, Sheena Romeus, and Adelaide Romeus. Each of them will carry his memory forward, cherishing the lessons he imparted and the love he shared.

Visitation will be held on November 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 AM, both at Galante Funeral Home located at 2800 Morris Ave., Union, NJ 07083.
