Salvatore G. Paglia 85, of Newark died on Tuesday January 9, 2018 at Alaris Health at Kearny.
The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue in Union, NJ on Tuesday at 9 am.

The funeral mass will be in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Newark (Ironbound) at 10:30 am.

Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in East Orange, NJ.

Visitation will be on Monday from 4-8 pm.

Born in Newark, he was a lifelong resident of the Ironbound Section of Newark.

Sal was the son of the late Philomena (nee Farro) and the late Peter Paglia.

He is the brother of Carmela Moscheallo, William the late Anthony, Julia, Lucille, Margaret, Paglia, and Rose Dickie. He is also the Uncle of Michael, William Jr. Christine Paglia, and Marie Drodgz
