Rose Costa

Rose E. Costa (nee Bruno), 93 of Toms River passed away peacefully at Complete Care Green Acres on April 30, 2020.

Funeral services are private, in the care of the Galante Funeral Home in Union.

Born in Newark, Rose was a longtime Union resident until moving to Florida 40 years ago. Lovingly known as a great jitterbugger, Rose was a huge Frank Sinatra fan. Deeply devoted to her family, Rose was a people person, and was well loved by her many friends. Rose enjoyed spending her summers on the beach, especially at the family summer home in Wildwood, surrounded by good times and dear loved ones.

Rose was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Costa; loving mother of Vincent Costa Jr., Susan Toms, Fran McFadden, Ann Tulianello and Rosanne Costa. She is also survived by her six cherished grandchildren, seven treasured great-grandchildren, and by her dear sister Dolores Caruso.
