Rosalie Montero

Rosalie Montero, 76, of PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation for Rosalie on Thursday from 10 to 11 am at Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Avenue, Union. A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 10:45 am on Thursday, June 13. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Born in Freas Orense, Spain, to the late Julio Mosquera and Matilda Cabalar, Rosalie lived in Kearny and Forked River in New Jersey before residing in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for seven years.

Throughout Rosalie's life, she owned and operated Nanel INC in Kearny. She has been in retirement for the past 25+ years. Rosalie was a loving, caring mother.

Rosalie is the beloved wife of the late Elicito Montero and the loving mother of her son Elicito Montero and his wife, Ileana, and her daughter Nancy Boutilette. She is predeceased by her brother, the late Joseph Mosquera, and sister, the late Julie Evangelho, and the late Matilda Mosquera. She is also the cherished grandmother of Lauren, Aiden, Sarah, Stephanie, Elicito, Ashley, and Brianna and great-grandmother to Elijah, Alexis, Avah, Jameson, and Amelia.
