Ronald K. Browne

Ronald K. Browne, 69 of Union passed away on December 9, 2023.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Ronald at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Saturday December 16 from 10am to 12 noon, with a funeral service being celebrated at 11:30am. Cremation and interment will be held privately.

Born in Irvington, Ron was a lifelong resident of Union. He graduated from Union High School, and excelled in the Pre-Med program at Kean College. Ron was an expert in antiques, coins and art. He owned and operated Family Estate Sales, LLC for many years. Ron loved the word of God, his family, and his dog Ruger. Ron was fiercely proud of his Italian Heritage, and toured all corners of Italy throughout his 18 trips to the country. He also had a passion for cars and computers.

Ron was predeceased by his parents Robert and Jeanette (Armenti) Browne. He is survived by his dear siblings Dennis Browne (Maria) and Diane Ponte. He was the cherished uncle of Elisa Blanco (Danny), Maria Ray (Tommy), Lauren Browne, MD, Patrick Browne (Gautham), Rick Ponte, Jeanette Matthews (Owen), and Abriana Browne. He is also survived by his cousins Thomas Armenti and his wife Lauren, Barbara Armenti Yanni, Joan Armenti Bennett, Donna Armenti, Thomas Armenti, Diane Armenti Covelli and Danny Armenti.
