Rita Creo

Rita Creo (nee Masone), 86 of West Caldwell passed away on September 30, 2018.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Thursday October 4 at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation is on Wednesday October 3 from 3-8 PM at the funeral home.

Born in Montclair, Rita has been a West Caldwell resident for 50 years. She was the owner of the Train Diner in West Caldwell for many years before retiring; and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Rita was the beloved wife of the late Angelo P. Creo; loving mother of John Creo and his wife Cara, Francine Montecuollo and her husband Richard, and Susan Gallucci; and dear grandmother of Jonnalyn and her fiancé Miguel, Jayda and Janelle.
