Richard A. Pilone, 75, of Union, died peacefully on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Hackensack University Medical Center.

The Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue, Union on Thursday June 30 at 8:30 AM.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 30 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, South Orange.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Richard on Wednesday June 29 from 4-8 PM at the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave, Union.

Born in Newark, Mr. Pilone lived in Union. He served in the U.S. National Guard and he worked as a packaging consultant for many years.

Mr. Pilone is survived by his wife of 47 years, Teresa; son Kristopher and daughter-in-law Kristina; daughter Gillian and husband Ralph Garcia; grandchildren Mateo, Isabella, and Lucas; brother Albert; sister Judith.
