Pura Perez

Pura Perez (nee Dominguez), 87 of Newark passed away on May 28, 2021.

Funeral services are private, in the care of the Galante Funeral Home in Union.

Born in Spain, Pura lived in Newark and worked as a bilingual secretary for Schering-Plough in Kenilworth until her retirement.

Pura was the beloved wife of the late Etelvino Perez; loving mother of Manuel Perez and his wife Melissa and the late Dr. Jorge Perez. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Dr. Lina Perez, by her grandchildren Jorge (wife Kelliann), Maria (husband David), Alissa (husband Mathew), Arielle (husband Anthony), and Alanna, and by her great-grandchildren Isabella, George, David, Lina, Noelle and Theodore.
