Patricia, affectionately known as Princess Patty, was born on September 8, 1957, in Elizabeth, NJ, to the late Genevieve Browne (née Bolan) and Edward Donahue. She had lived most of her life in Union prior to moving to Livingston 2 years ago to help care for her mother. Patty was a very determined, selfless woman, always putting others before herself. She attended Holy Spirit Grammar School, Union Catholic High School, and Middlesex County College in Edison where she earned an Associate Degree in restaurant management in 1977. However, for the past 27 years she worked as a medical assistant within the cardiac health community, most recently with the Essex Cardiology Group of Florham Park.
She was avid sports fan enjoying soccer, baseball, football, and basketball. Some of her favorite teams were the Yankees, Navy, Notre Dame, Seton Hall, and Carolina. Patty loved watching both her children and grandchildren participate in various sports and activities, she herself also coaching cheer for 10 years at Holy Spirit School. She always made it her goal to attend every game, tournament, and other engagement for her children and grandchildren.
Patricia was the wife of Arthur J. D’Agostini Jr.; mother of Katherine Campos & her husband Benjamin and Brian D’Agostini; grandmother of Megan and Matthew Campos; sister of Karen Donahue, the late Edward J. Donahue; and step-sister of William Browne & his wife Paula.
