Mildred C. Formato 84, of Beachwood, N.J.  passed away on Monday June 12, 2017.

The funeral is from Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave., Union Friday at 9 AM. The funeral mass will be in St. Michael Church in Union, N.J.  on Friday at 10:15 AM. Interment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park in Union, N.J. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9PM.

Mildred was the beloved wife of the late John J., loving mother of John, Ralph, Mark, Mary Ingrassia and Lisa Miguelino. She was the sister of Michelina Delmaestro and the late Pauline Liotti. Grandmother of Vincent, Michael, Brittany, Nicky, Alyssa, Brandon, and Anthony.
