Maximo D. Sison

Maximo D. Sison, 71 of Union passed away on July 8, 2026.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Maximo at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Saturday July 11 from 4-6 PM. Cremation will be held privately.

Born in the Philippines, Maximo is a graduate of Far Eastern University. He worked as an architect for many years.

In 1988, Maximo immigrated to California with his family. They lived in various places before settling in Union 20 years ago, where he proudly raised his children. Maximo enjoyed cars and listening to rock music. He cherished time spent riding his motorcycle and tending to his garden. His family will miss Maximo's cooking, especially the delicious things that he fried. 

Maximo's greatest accomplishment was his loving family. He will be sorely missed by his beloved wife Erlinda, his loving children Michelle Lopez and her husband Antonio and Michael Sison, and by his dear brother Jim Sison and his wife Margie.
