Marie Catacalos (née DiFabrizio) passed away peacefully today, surrounded by the love of the family she cherished so deeply.
Marie was born in the Abruzzo region of Italy, a heritage she carried with pride and warmth throughout her life. She built a long and dedicated career in reputation management public relations, bringing the same care and thoughtfulness to her work that she brought to everything else.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Bruno and Donato, her sister Neda, and her sisters-in-law Paula (Bruno) and Mickey (Donato).
She is survived by her beloved husband, Gregory Catacalos; her daughters, Brandie Linfante and Dorian Knight; her son-in-law, Valentino; and her grandchildren, Daniel and Nicole Linfante, who knew her lovingly as "Nonnina" and were loved by her to the moon and back. She is also survived by her brothers Carlo and Lucio, and her sister-in-law Giulianna, along with her many cherished nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
Marie found joy in sewing, in carefully creating photo albums that preserved her family's memories, and in the quiet devotion of the Rosary. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and beauty that touched everyone who knew her.
She will be so deeply missed by her family and friends.
