Maria Falduto

Maria C. Falduto (nee Romeo), 87 of Toms River passed away on May 14, 2019.
Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Friday at 8:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. James Church in Springfield at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation is on Thursday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
Born in Tricarico, Matera Italy, Maria settled in Irvington in 1963. Later, Maria lived in Florida and in Toms River for many years. She worked as a seamstress in Newark for many years before retiring.
Maria was the beloved wife of the late Giacomo. She was the dear sister of Antoinetta Schiavone; and is also survived by her three nephews, one niece, five great-nephews and four great-nieces.
