Maria dos Santos Silva

Maria dos Santos Silva, 87, beloved mother and grandmother passed away on Sunday June 3, 2012, at her son Carlos Firmino’s home in Springfield , NJ .

Maria was the wife of the late Celestino Firmino da Silva. She is survived by two sons Luis & Carlos Firmino, a brother Mario Alves, a sister Maria da Conceicao, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

Born in the village of Donelo Portugal , Maria was a proud member of the Portuguese community and lived in the USA for the last 15 years.



Visitation at the Galante Funeral home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Tuesday from 4 - 8 PM. Funeral will be on Wednesday at 9AM. Internment will be at Hollywood Cemetery , Union .
