In loving memory of our father Marcelino Caamano, who passed away on October 19, 2022.
He was a devoted husband to Agustina Caamano and a loving father to Tina Caamano and Marcelino Caamano. He was a father-in-law to Lila Caamano, grandfather to Mark and Matthew. Marcelino was born to Ricardo Caamano Uhia and Josefa Figueiras Lago in Muros De San Pedro, Spain on the 12th of February, 1937.
He lived in Newark NJ for 20 years and worked at Port Newark from 1984-1995. He peacefully passed away at home in Kenilworth, NJ. He loved to sing. His family was everything to him and he will be deeply missed by his Immediate extended family and all who knew him.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation for Marcelino on Tuesday, October 25, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Avenue, Union. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church in Kenilworth on Wednesday October 26 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation will be held privately.
