Louis Leber

Louis M. Leber, 77 of Caldwell passed away on June 2, 2016.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Tuesday at 11 AM. Cremation will be private. Visitation is on Tuesday from 9-11 AM.

Born in Hungary, Mr. Leber married in 1965 and settled in Caldwell. He worked for Mulberry Metals in Union for many years until his retirement 4 years ago. He was an avid bowler, often playing in West Orange, West Caldwell and Montclair.

Louis was the beloved husband of 50 years to Jane (nee Kelly); loving father of Elaine Leber and Jane Marie Matthijs and her husband Larry, and grandfather of Tommy and Nikki Krosky, and Tyler and Sydney Matthijs.
