Latanya Shavon Suber Acloque

Latanya Shavon Suber-Acloque was born in Newark, N.J. on February 24, 1978, to the proud parents of Betty Suber and the late Owen Williams.

Latanya attended private schools in Newark and Elizabeth, New Jersey, graduating from Blessed Sacrament Elementary School in Newark and on to St. Patrick's High School in Elizabeth, N.J. where she completed her senior year as class president.

After graduating she married Jacques Acloque Jr. unto this union was born two children Elijah and Michaelle Acloque to whom she dedicated her life. Her children were her pride and joy also her purpose for living.

Although Latanya worked tirelessly and carried a heavy load, she continued her education to become an LPN nurse earning a N.J. nursing license.

Latanya has traveled extensively throughout her adult life. Latanya enjoyed traveling with her daughter (her road dog), her many cousins, and close circle of friends. She most recently moved down to North Carolina but she has also lived in Germany for three years, her favorite place to live. Tanya as everyone called her was kind, generous, fun loving with a big smile. She made a lasting impact on everyone she met, and was the best mom to her children.

Latanya was predeceased by her two brothers Soladean and Wayne, her father Owen Williams, her great- grandparents Ezella and Odell Suber, her grandfather William Taylor, and grandmother the late Nanette Michel. Latanya leaves to cherish her memory her beloved mother Betty, her husband Jacques Acloque Jr., her loving children Elijah (Kyla) and Michaelle Acloque, two adoring grandchildren Jyelle and Aziz, step daughter Senora Acloque, beloved grandmother Frances Taylor of Chester, PA. and many adoring nieces, nephews, and aunts. Three sister-in-laws, two brother-in-laws, in-laws Gladys and Leslie Acloque, and other extended family members and family friends.
