Frank Romano

Francesco "Frank"  Romano, 49 of Springfield passed away on April 22, 2015.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Tuesday at 8:30 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. James Church in Springfield at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation is on Monday from 1-4 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy. 35 Wall Twp. and from 6:30 to 9 PM at the Galante Funeral Home, Union.

Born in Livingston, Frank lived in Springfield before moving to Wall Twp. He was a partner with his brother Anthony as a real estate developer and builder at RBR Development in Kenilworth. He was the former owner of Parkside Bistro in Manasquan.

Frank was the husband of Maria (nee George); devoted father of Frank, Karli and Angelina Romano; loving brother of Lisa Schaad, Anthony Romano and Frances Irene; and he was the uncle of Christina, Lisa, Frannie, Michael, Zachary and Ethan.

Above all, Frank was a proud father who held his kids nearest to his heart.
