Flambert Louis
Affectionately known as “Fab Le Mon” and “Fab”
January 19, 1945 – January 7, 2026
Flambert Louis was a man of modest stature yet extraordinary presence. His life was a testament to strength of character, quiet leadership, and unwavering integrity. Though soft-spoken and humble, he carried himself with dignity and purpose, leaving an indelible mark on all who were privileged to know him. He will be remembered as a giant among men—not for the space he occupied, but for the depth of his impact.
Born in a small town in Haiti, Flambert’s journey was one of determination and vision. From an early age, he pursued excellence, training as a clothing designer and master tailor—an expression of both his creativity and discipline. His professional path later expanded into the petrochemical and plastics manufacturing industry, where he dedicated more than two decades of service marked by diligence and leadership. In addition, he was a real estate investor and business owner, embodying resilience, entrepreneurship, and a commitment to building a secure future for his family.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Flambert’s greatest legacy lies in the lives he touched. He was a devoted husband, a loving and guiding father, a loyal brother, a nurturing uncle, and a steadfast pillar within his community. His wisdom, generosity, and quiet strength were a source of comfort and guidance to many. To his nieces and nephews—and to generations beyond—he was regarded as a father and grandfather in spirit, affectionately remembered as “Blue Grandpa,” a title that reflected both reverence and deep love.
As a family, we mourn the loss of a beloved husband, father, brother, and uncle. As a community, we grieve the passing of a friend, a man whose life reflected compassion, responsibility, and moral strength. May we all be strengthened and comforted by his memory and inspired by the example he set.
Flambert Louis was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Irana (Mona) Brutus and Simonia Louis, and his siblings Thersimon (Azul) Louis, Jenel Louis, and Levi Louis.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Lissa Louis; his loving children, Daniel, Linda, Billy, and Patrick; and his cherished grandchildren, Darius, Daren, and Patricia. He is also survived by his siblings St. Jean Louis, Marie Catherine (Saintide) Louis, and Eval (Brinell) Louis.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved nieces and nephews: Maudelyne, Lucksiona, Astride, Ijeana, Irene, Manita, Steve, Andy, and Luckson, along with many extended family members, dear friends, and all those whose lives were enriched by his guidance, kindness, and enduring love.
