Eva Grieco passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 8, 2024, at Saint Barnabas hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on September 4, 1942, in Montclair, NJ.
Eva was raised in Caldwell, NJ, where she graduated from James Caldwell High School, and a proud graduate of the Berkely College.
Eva moved to Verona to raise her family and eventually returning to Caldwell as a resident of Marion Manor for the past 17 years.

Eva was raised in Caldwell, NJ, where she graduated from James Caldwell High School, and a proud graduate of the Berkely College.
Eva moved to Verona to raise her family and eventually returning to Caldwell as a resident of Marion Manor for the past 17 years.
Eva was a Medical Transcriptionist for 25 years at Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge before she retired. She was a member of the St. Aloysius Senior Group, Caldwell/West Caldwell Senior Group and the Fairfield Golden Agers for many years.
Above all, she was a very devoted mother and grandmother.
Eva is survived by her daughter Joanne Blount and her husband Heath and Stephanie Payne and her husband Robert; her grandchildren Kailey and Courtney Blount, and Jack and Tessa Payne.
She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Theresa Giannetti
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 13th at St. Aloysius Church in Caldwell at 9:30 AM.
Entombment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair.
The family prefers donations in her name to the West Essex First Aid Squad.
