Ellen Romano

Ellen Romano (nee Carlson), 71, of Old Bridge (formerly of Union), passed away at home on Monday, June 7, 2021.

The funeral service will be from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ  on Friday at 10 am. Entombment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union, Visitation will be on Thursday from 3 to 7 pm.

Born in Montclair, NJ, Ellen lived in Union for many years before moving to Old Bridge 2 years ago.

Ellen graduated from Union High School in 1967. She worked as the Pension and Welfare Fund Administrator for the Teamster Local #194 in Union for 25 years until retiring 9 years ago. Always a great storyteller, Ellen also loved to throw great parties!
