Clara C. Cicalese, 91, (nee Cornacchia) of Newark. Died on April 13, 2012


The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Tuesday at 8 am. Funeral Mass at St. Michaels Church, Cranford at 9:30AM.


Interment is at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.


Visitation Monday from 4 – 8 PM


Clara was born in Newark and was a lifelong resident of the Ironbound Section.


Clara was married to the late Louis A. and was the mother of Chris Cicalese and his wife Rosemary and Ricki Solomita and her husband Joseph


She was the sister of James Cornacchia and the late Jerry and Joseph Cornacchia, Mae Morano, Mary Da Silva and Josephine Carusone.


Grandmother of Krista Miller, Carla Stewart and Louann Zinser.


In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to The American Heart Association, 1 Union St. Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 in her memory.
