Cesar J. Castor

Cesar Castor, 76, of Union, passed away on April 5, 2023.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation for Cesar at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Thursday, April 13, from 2-6 PM with a wake service at 4 PM.

Cremation Private.

Cesar was born and raised in the Philippines. Before arriving from the Philippines to the US, he was an HVAC Mechanical Engineer there. Cesar immigrated to Brooklyn, New York, in 1992 he lived there for a few years before moving to Union in 1998.

Cesar was a Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning Technical Instructor at the TCI College of Technology in New York City from 1994 - 2017 before his retirement in 2017.

Cesar was the beloved husband of Cecilia Castor (nee Pillora); the loving father of Kevin Kay Castor, Van Kristian Castor, and  Christine Castor; dear grandfather of Mikhaela, Liam, and Levi; and the devoted brother of Meredith Garde.
