Cecilia Dela Paz Cabral

Cecilia Dela Paz Cabral, 59 of Union passed away on October 12, 2026.

Born in the Philippines, Cecilia arrived in Union in July of 2022. She worked as a dedicated nurse at Adroit Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Rahway. Cecilia enjoyed traveling to thrift stores, looking for a new treasure at every turn. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family.

The daughter of the late Arturo and Carmelita Dela Paz, Cecilia was the beloved wife of Noli Azana Cabral. Sher was the loving mother of Arthur and his wife Bianca, Aaron and Adrian; dear grandmother of Alison, Mavi and Arkeesha; and is also survived by her dear siblings Julio and his wife Michaela, Arvin and his wife Joanna, Virginia and her partner Anthony and Gail and her husband Gilbert. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory her nieces and nephews Marvin and his wife Ariane, Martha, Jae, Ara, Miguel and Gabrielle.

A memorial visitation for Cecilia will be held on Sunday, October 18th, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Galante Funeral Home at 2800 Morris Avenue in Union.
