Catherine M. Galano 82, (nee Scirocco) of Short Hills died on March 4, 2012 at Overlook Hospital in Summit .



Funeral from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Thursday at 8 am.


Funeral mass at St. John Vianney Church Colonia at 9:30 am. Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery.


Visitation Wednesday from 4 - 8 PM.





Born in Jersey City , Catherine lived in Short Hills for many years.



Catherine is the beloved mother of Mary Lynn, Camela, Laurette, Joseph and Gary Galano.



Catherine is the beloved grandmother of Kenneth, Gregory, Sophia, Julian, and Dylan.
