Antonieta Kokeri

Antonieta Kokeri, 75 of Cedar Grove passed away on March 27, 2022 at Canterbury Care Center.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Neta at the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Monday March 28 from 3-6 PM, with a celebration of life being held at 5:30 PM. Cremation will be held privately.

Born in Tirana, Albania to Llukon and Vangjeli Shoro, Neta worked as a typographer for several years before moving to the United States in 2000 to be closer to her daughter. She was a social butterfly who loved her friends dearly. Neta treasured time spent with family, especially during their many trips around the world to places like Switzerland, Greece and Turkey.

Neta was the beloved wife of the late Mina Kokeri; loving mother of Fotini Allteni and her husband John and Leonard Kokeri and his wife Anna; and dear grandmother of Krist, Britney and Leo. She was predeceased by her brother Janaq Shoro and by her sister Stavri Manushi.
