Anna Vicari

Anna Vicari, (Nee Cantelmo) 100, of  West Orange  passed away on  March 26, 2019 at the Daughters of  Israel  Pleasant Valley Home , West Orange.

A Memorial mass will be held at St. Joseph Church, 44 Benvenue Ave. West Orange on Thursday March 28, 2019 at 10 AM.

Anna was a resident of Toms River and lived in West Orange.  She was a homemaker was a good cook and baker. Anna devoted her life to take care of her husband  Joseph, her sons  Peter and Philip and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Anna started a group home for special needs for men over 21 years of age, ARC ( Association for Retarded Citizens)  in Ocean County, Toms River.

Anna was also a talented artist.

Wife of the late Joseph. Mother of Philip and his wife Mindy and mother of the late Peter. Sister of Grace Perillo. Grandmother of Joseph, Michael  and his wife Laura, Paul and his wife Jessica, and Johnathan. Great-grandmother of Anthony and Vincent.

The family prefers donations to the Daughters of Israel Pleasant Valley Home,  1155 Pleasant Valley Way  West Orange, NJ 07052.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Galante Funeral Home, Caldwell, NJ.
